Upgrade from 2.2.1 to 2.2.4?

We have a *very* basic setup and it seems like, for the most part, the gatekeeper is pretty stable but we're still on 2.2.1. It typically doesn't need any tender loving care except we have to restart it once in a while, and I don't even know if that's the fault of the software. Do you think we should go ahead and upgrade to 
2.2.4 anyway? 

We don't need to upgrade to get any new features since our requirements are so basic, but I wouldn't mind knowing we have the most stable version available.

What do you think?
