Maybe the best idea is to disable all optional modules
(like audio and video codecs) in PWLib/OpenH323
while linking with GnuGK.

My GnuGK compiled nicely. I've not yet tested this extensively, however,
there are 5 lines of error messages that come at the top when I run GnuGK as
