GNUGK, IVR and SQL

Hello friends,

I use Cisco TCL scripts for IVR, however I need IVR than will be able to make ms sql queries. As far as I know, this cannot be done with Cisco TCL script.

I need IVR only for customers to recharge their account based on the PIN they will be asked to enter. So the IVR will not ask for phone number to be called.

I was thinking maybe there is some software h323 endpoint that can do this? So I will route the calls to a specific gnugk endpoint which will accept the call and will collect the PIN from the customer and will make some SQL queries.

Any idea?

All the best,
Jove
