It is unclear if you are using an ENUM service or just allocating E164 numbers.
GNUGK will automatically adjust for dynamic IP addresses. It will adjust
the IP address for the E164 number on each registration (every x minutes)
Just login with the E164 number (and password) and GNUGK will take care of
the rest.
If you are using ENUM adjust the record to point to mynumber@mygk:1721 then
GNUGK will handle the routing of the call to the dynamic IP.
