The problem is that your equipment sends destination number
as dialedDigits in LRQ, but in Setup it is sent as e164number:
destinationAddress = 1 entries {
[0]=partyNumber e164Number {
publicTypeOfNumber = subscriberNumber <<null>>
publicNumberDigits = "73512477908"
}
}
Try to configure your equipment to use other alias type
(like dialedDigits) for called numbers.
