I think the gk won't start on the same ip:port when there is already an instance running on that ip:port.
so if you only have one config file, there should be no problem.
otherwise i guess you would have to deal with that specific topic yourself - i guess a kind of wrapper would do the trick.

yes, i know about "Home" section.
 
my problem is after i ran a gk on an interface, i can run another gk on the same interface. i want to make sure only one gk can run on one interface.

check the manual. There's a param (i think it's "Home") that allows to define on which interface the gk should listen.
And pls do not cross post.
