"DefaultCallDurationLimit" means the maximum duration
of a successful call through the GnuGK, by 3600 means
there is no call who exceeds the duration an hour and
by 21600 means maximum call duration is 6 hours,i.e,
there a call is successfully continueing then it must
drop after 6 hours.
