Hi Kamal, When you have an endpoint behind a NAT, there may be NAT traversal logic in the client, its operating system, or the NAT itself, that may be interfering with the GK's NAT logic. When the endpoint registers, the RCF message on the status console should show both its private address and its public address. If you see only the public IP, that means that something on the client side has changed the RRQ content, and the GK does not know the client is behind a NAT. Make sure that any NAT-related features in the client are turned off. If it is a softphone, make sure that any H.323-related features in the OS, e.g. Telephony Service in Windows, are also turned off. Likewise, any H.323-related features on the NAT box should be off. The other approach is to get the client-side NAT traversal to work correctly. Try setting in [RoutedMode] CallSignalPort=1720 and/or try listing your endpoint in [NATedEndpoints] . Do you need the NATed endpoint to receive calls? If so, you will need to set up port forwarding on the NAT, unless you are using a softphone that is designed to work with gnugk. When you set up the forwarding (including the RTP ports), you may find that it also fixes the one-way voice problem. If it still doesn't work, use Ethereal, on both sides of the NAT if necessary, to see what is going wrong. If you post again, please tell us what kind of endpoint is used, on what platform (if a softphone), and with what NAT device or software. --Stewart -----Original Message----- From: Md. kamal Hossain [mailto:kamalh@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Saturday, December 17, 2005 11:22 PM To: openh323gk-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: one side voice from nat ip Hi all I installed the gnugk in Freebsd5.3.Everything is working fine but face one problem about proxy i can call from nated ip(private ip) but voice became onesided caller endpoint hear any voice from called end point. bellow is my config file.If any one have idea pls give me advice thanks in advance kamal [Gatekeeper::Main] Fourtytwo=42 Name=gk48 TimeToLive=600 TotalBandwidth=-1 StatusPort=7000 Home=63.208.156.48 UnicastRasPort=1719 #MulticastPort=1718 #MulticastGroup=224.0.1.41 #EndpointSignalPort=9999 #EndpointSignalPort=1720 #ListenQueueLength=1024 SignalReadTimeout=3000 StatusReadTimeout=5000 [RoutedMode] GKRouted=1 H245Routed=1 CallSignalPort=0 ForwardOnFacility=0 CallSignalHandlerNumber=1 RemoveH245AddressOnTunneling=0 AcceptNeighborsCalls=1 AcceptUnregisteredCalls=0 SupportNATedEndpoints=1 RtpHandlerNumber=2 ConnectTimeout=36000 DropCallsByReleaseComplete=1 SendReleaseCompleteOnDRQ=1 #Q931PortRange=20000-20999 #H245PortRange=30000-30999 [Proxy] Enable=1 #InternalNetwork=202.52.214.0/255.255.255.0,127.0.0.0/8 ProxyForNAT=1 [GkStatus::Auth] regex=63.208.156.48 rule=regex default=forbid [RasSrv::GWPrefixes] Bangladesh=8801 srilanka=11092394 [RasSrv::RewriteE164] 8801=8801 94=11092394 [RasSrv::PermanentEndpoints] 207.173.206.116=srilanka; 216.236.99.166=Bangladesh; [RasSrv::Neighbors] [RasSrv::LRQFeatures] NeighborTimeout=2 ForwardHopCount=2 IncludeDestinationInfoInLCF=1 CiscoGKCompatible=1 [RasSrv::RRQFeatures] #AcceptGatewayPrefixes=1 OverwriteEPOnSameAddress=1 AcceptEndpointIdentifier=0 [RasSrv::ARQFeatures] ArjReasonRouteCallToSCN=0 ArjReasonRouteCallToGatekeeper=1 CallUnregisteredEndpoints=0 RemoveTrailingChar=# [RasSrv::RRQAuth] default=confirm [Gatekeeper::DestAnalysis] default=allow [CallTable] GenerateNBCDR=TRUE GenerateUCCDR=TRUE DefaultCallTimeout=7200 // 1hr [Gatekeeper::Auth] RadAliasAuth=required;Setup,RRQ [RadAliasAuth] Servers=63.208.156.72 LocalInterface=63.208.156.48 DefaultAuthPort=1812 SharedSecret=gnu222gk RequestTimeout=2000 IdCacheTimeout=9000 SocketDeleteTimeout=60000 RequestRetransmissions=2 AppendCiscoAttributes=1 IncludeEndpointIP=1 [Gatekeeper::Acct] RadAcct=required;start, stop [RadAcct] Servers=63.208.156.72 LocalInterface=63.208.156.48 DefaultAcctPort=1813 SharedSecret=gnu222gk RequestTimeout=3500 IdCacheTimeout=9000 SocketDeleteTimeout=60000 RequestRetransmissions=4 AppendCiscoAttributes=1 IncludeEndpointIP=1 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
