hello:
I establish another tcp connection,but GK disconnect it(Why?).when
another call arrives,GK establish a new connection.It seems that GK don't
like to keep two(or more?)TCP connection.What should I do?

Just establish another tcp connection right after
a new call arrives. Then you will have two active
tcp connections - one signaling connection, which
will be dropped after the call finishes, and the other
one working as NAT connection. Repeat this process
for each new call.
