If you can manage to compile GnuGk yourself, check out the 2.2.4 CVS version. It includes a new 'StatusAcct' accounting module that allows full customization of accounting events to the status port: You can now have all accounting events on the status port (not only CDRs) and you can use all the variables available for the other accounting modules.
