Hello again!
The configuration file had commented out the line
UnicastRasPort=1719
as well as others so I thought that this would be somehow the default
behavior and was just mentioned for the sake of completeness. It seems
that this is not the case. I commented out (I had already added
UseBroadcastListener=0) the UnicastRasPort line and NetMeeting
succesfully registered!
