Trying to resolve problem with hanging up sessions with t.38 I attempt to
migrate to new versions of pwlib (1.9.1) (with --enable-openh323 and
disable-resolver options) and openh323 (1.17.2)
I receives such when trying to compile gatekeeper (late from cvs)
