Michal,
A few weeks ago, I was having trouble with netmeeting and gnugk. I found that if a single windows pc was running both netmeeting and gnugk, proxying did not work. (The called phone would ring, but when I answered, the caller could never see that I had answered).
Various members of the list said that this problem was due to some unspecified bug in netmeeting, and that netmeeting was "bad client software".
When netmeeting and gnugk were run on separate local machines, proxy worked just fine.
Is this the "netmeeting problem" that has just now
been fixed in the new CVS version? Or is there some other problem that I do not know about
that has been fixed instead?
A "netmeeting/gnugk tips" document has a link on the gnugk homepage, but the link points to a page that says "coming soon". Has there been any progress on that tutorial?
I need netmeeting because it has a whiteboard.
thanks for your advice,
Michael Kendall
