Thanks for your reply.

As you advised, I have upgraded to 2.2.2 to recover
from this problem. But still i get the same problem
for the same customer. (PDU's are not sent to Radius
server when Setup is received)

The difference I could see on the Setup message for
this particular case is that the usual
"sourceCallSignalAddress" is missing.

I have attached the logs.

Is the bug still there in 2.2.2? Any idea to overcome
this ?
