i am wondering if there is a software for monitoring gatekeeper and h323 network, of course i can monitor bandwidth, status port, reachability etc., but sometimes it is anyway imposibble to make a call. I just thought of an script that can register its two legs in gatekeeper and try to place a call beetwen them. After successful connection it would disconnect and return status of gk. It wouldn't of course monitor quality of voice, but at least i could be shure that most components of the network (billing,auth) are working fine, in case of failure it could send email about problems etc.
Has anyone seen such a tool?
