They are both registered (I can check them with r or rv or RRQs and RCFs) but I can't do the call from 1 to another (they are on the same subnet, and there's no firewall between them...). following is the error:

DCF|192.168.0.165|4146_endp|15570|normalDrop;
My second one is that I have an unregistered endpoint, for which i included a PermanentEndpoint entry, but when I try the call, it gives me:
ARJ|192.168.0.165:1720|111254:dialedDigits|123:dialedDigits=voip.192.168.0.165:h323_ID|false|calledPartyNotRegistered;

You don't need to include prefixes in GWPrefixes, if they are already included in PermanentEndpoints. You can always examine currently registered prefixes with the 'rv' status port command.

then why am I registering gateways from the start?
If they are registered with tech-prefix, do I still need to put this section?
