The longest matching prefix rule is always used.

I wanted to ask, what is the order of e164 rewriting in this case: 123=001 1234=002 number: 1234 a) rule 1 matches because it's first (same thing for sqlconfig, depending on order by clauses) b) rule 2 matches because 1234 has 4 digits more than 3 digits...
