For me this errors come about 8 for 50k minutes.
So I think it's the termination network that generates them but it doesn't seems to affect the duration of the calls.

What kind of error is "34", is it a Q.931 Release cause or some other H.225 release / reject reason?
No, the usual Q931 code. 34 no circuit available... The weird thing is that it closes the connection after it was established. Maybe a weird balancing scheme on the terminating part? Seems very unsual...
