Nated Endpoint and unestability

Hi, people.
I'm new to h323 and gatekeepers. I just started with gnugk and I´m trying to
configure comunications in this scenario (UPPERCASE=Devices and
lowercase=nets):

USERPC1---NATDEVICE---internet--ROUTER----GNUGKSERVER(X.Y.Z.243)
                                        |
                                        |--PACKETFILTER (Ext:X.Y.Z.242
                                               | Internal 192.168.0.1)
                                               |
                                              USERPC2 (192.168.0.X)
USERPC1 is using WindowsXp and Netmeeting and when it tries to register with
de Gatekeeper, it can´t do it. I can see in gnugk logs this lines:
2005/03/31 19:24:53.738 5 yasocket.cxx(699) RasServer 1 sockets

My config follows:

Can you tell me if I misconfigured something?. Is it possible this
scenario?. I think it is a common scenario but I can`t register PCUSER1.
I'm using gnugk 2.2.1-5 from Debian with a custom kernel 2.6.9. I´m
interested too in find which are the resources (hardware, kernel config,
file descriptors, etc) necesaries for gnugk because users from internal
network (192.168.0.X)has some problems too; for example, some times (not
allways) PCUSERx calls PCUSERy (again, both in 192.168.0.X net) and when
PCUSERy accepts the call, PCUSERx never receives this acceptance. Then, my
gatekeeper seems to be unstable for some reason.
Any suggestion will be apreciated.
Thanks in advance
Ivan
