If the two GKs are connected without any NAT or firewalls
between them, it's probably just a port mismatch.
By default, gnugk listens for Setup on port 1721, so that
a VoIP endpoint application can run on the same machine.
You can change this to the usual 1720 by:

[RoutedMode]
CallSignalPort=1720

If you need to stay with port 1721, use:

[RasSrv::PermanentEndpoints]
192.168.2.218:1721=GK_A;1

If you have already done this, please describe your
network configuration, including any NATs or firewalls
in your system.
