Ahh, yes it DOES work with different signaling addresses.  The application
we need to emulate actually REQUIRES that they use the SAME signaling
address.  So different RAS ports and H.323-ID's, but same IP address and
signaling addresses.  Apparantly their side is smart enough to figure out
which stack is which based on terminal alias and RAS port alone.  Is there a
way?

Make sure no alias is duplicated with another registration. I think it 
should be
possible to register multiple endpoints that just differ by a RAS/signaling 
port number,
assuming they are not behind the same NAT.
