A simpler way is to type ./configure --enable-exceptions for PWLib.

You must configure pwlib to use exceptions. The simplest way to do it is to go to the configure script in pwlib, search for a line containind "-fno-exceptions" and change it to "-fexceptions", then run configure and make optnoshared. Then recompile openh323 and gnugk.
