I think the issue here is that most wholesale carriers expect certain release codes to be sent to them so that they can reroute the call. So they are looking for the provider to send a specific release code so that the calls can get rerouted. For example, I would not be able to use the current version 2.2.1 or 2.2.2 without making the following change to the code in proxychannel.cxx. //FP REMOVED BY ME-authData.m_rejectReason = request.GetRejectReason(); authData.m_rejectCause = Q931::NoRouteToDestination; By making this change to the code this allows us to re-route the call.
