Maybe you need to tell the linker to link with mysql library too.

After compiling with HAS_MYSQL=1, i got compiler errors having some 'missing storage class' erros.i made them up with inclusion of #include<winsock.h> before #include<mysql.h>. But now i get Linking Errors...
gksql_mysql.obj: error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol_mysql_num_fields@4.
....
and lot of other linking errors.
How to solve it ?
