First and foremost, I'd like to thank the developers for giving us such
a great application. Great job, guys!

I'm a newbie with Perl and SQL and would like a quick solution to
convert the sqlbilling app that comes with gnugk from prepaid to
postpaid. I'd like to make it refuse new calls after a certain amount
has been accumulated, say $100.
