Hello, somebody know that ports I should configure in a atcom 320 phone if in the gatekeeper i have configured this ports:
UnicastRasPort=1719
MulticastPort=1718
EndpointSignalPort=1720
CallSignalPort=1721

just read some info about the h323 protocol.

; port range for Q.931 channel
Q931PortRange=20000-20999
; port range for H.245 channel
H245PortRange=30000-30999
[proxy]
T120PortRange=40000-40049
RTPPortRange=50000-50019

these (last 4 ranges) ports are only for the GK itself. Don't worry about them.

The phone es in nat, is the only phone behind the public ip, and when the called hang up the caller donÂt hear the called party, but called hear the caller.
Thanks

Could you describe a little more about your network? How is it arranged?
Have the GK direct connection to the endpoint? Is the end point registering within the GK?
Describe more.
