RE: g729 codec

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

gnugk does not do any processing with regard to codecs,
so any codec that is available at both ends of the connection
can be used. G729A will interoperate with G729, with a very
small loss of quality.

Subject: g729 codec

We would like to make gnu gk to register to another gk with h323id as child
gk.
And the parent gk is using g729a
so, is the codec g729 available in gnu enough to make connections for pc2pc,
pc2phone, phone2phone

Best regards
Ozgur TUNCEL
