I guess it has something to do with PWLib and OpenSSL.
Try to disable OpenSSL in PWLib via the configure script.

I am trying to compile gnugk with the pandora release of pwlib and openh323.
first I configured and compiled pwlib as Michal instructed and it worked.
then I configured openh323 and I got an error in sound.dep. I deleted the one line (a directory?) that was in that file and it worked.
I configured gnugk and tried to compile.
I get an error regarding a kerberos package! I download the kerberos package (V5 release 1.4) and install it, even if I never needed it before.
I try again. I get a warning like libcom_err.so.3 needed by libkrb5.so may conflict with libcom_err.so.2 then 100kb of 'undefined reference' errors.
what is going on??! :((
