Don't really understand your question: you install asterisk + h323
channel (they are two, my preference is oh323 one) configure the
oh323.conf file to fit your setup and that's all. Sure, you also have to
configure all the asterisk part for the SIP/IAX EP and PBX, but this has
nothing todo with h323gk.
It's quickly written but not done ;-)
