Hello I use Asterisk todo a SIP-H323 translation in the same linux box
and work pretty well

Note: asterisk is the SIP registrar and send via h323 to gnugk then
gnugk do all thetermination job.

even if you dont trust much in asterisk for as a registrar I have also
a SER proxy as proxy registrar and then Asterisk and then gnugk (I
know this is a Frankestain server :) )
