You need to either 'make install' PWLib/OpenH323 or compile GnuGk with 'make optnoshared'. Besides, you should use newer version of PWLib/OpenH323 - Pandora release should work very well.

/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libh323_FreeBSD_x86_r.so.1.15.2" not found, required by "gnugk"
What is the problem now?
