about sqlbill report & log problem

is that possible for sqlbill report queries all call list and total amount report base on calling station id ? 
i set my gk as proxy mode and got firewall, i found that some time the connect will automatic disconnect in 16 second and in gnugk.log i found

what's this log mean? is this because firewall block the signal and make the call disconnect?
