1. All is a very general word. What do you mean exactly?
2. It's simple - an alias is handled "as is", by finding an exact
    or prefix match in the registration table. It can also try to parse
    email like aliases for a destination IP address to route a call to.
    For numeric aliases, using dialedDigits is usually the best choice.
