It's based on date/time format used by some (most?) VoIP equipment. It is understood by some external tools (like PostgreSQL) too. Besides timezone string, it should be trivial to parse.
Another tip is to edit gkacct.cxx and AsString function that builds timestamp strings so it uses any format you need.

sorry, i forgot to write that i use 2.0.9 and i can not change to 2.2 at the moment (mainly because i need H.235).
Do i get it right that the date/time format used in 2.0.9 is based on the official GNU date/time format?
