Did you try to set another CLI in the ohphone and see if it also can go through? Note that ScreenXXX options do not insert CLI, if it is missing.

I'm sending the calls to a permanent end point. When i use openphone (by setting the CLI on the opnephone) the calls go through. but not for other end points which I set the CLI using screening.
