I determined that it was Setup-Ack based on additional
trace I asked User-User to run (see msg below).

This log was not sent to the User group but directly
to me.

Q931 Message type 0xd is "Setup-Ack", I determined
that the term side is a Quintum based on the fact that
the DisplayIE is "Tenor-Gateway".

Like I've said the Quintum products don't send
Setup-Ack.  It looks to me as if somehow CallProc from
term side Quintum is converted to Setup-Ack but
DisplayIE is kept in the message.  I am not familiar
the "players" in this user group but perhaps someone
who has written the GnuGK code can comment on this to
verify what I am seeing.

In any case the problem has been narrowed down and its
just a matter of determining the correct course of
action to resolve the reset.
