In general, everybody should be using 2.2.0.

There are only very few reasons to use 2.0.x:
- you have an existing 2.0.x installation you can
  afford to convert right now
- you need the H.235 implementation
- you need [SQLConfig]
- you use LDAP
- you use MacOS X

And even if one of the above is true, you should rather get that fixed.
