Bug in gnugk 2.2 unregistered call from neighbor

I think this is a bug, because it was working perfect in version 2.08, and
when I migrated to 2.2 it stopped working.

I normally do NOT allow unregistered calls (due to security obviously), but
I register my senders as neighbors. So when they make a call it is
registered call.

This worked perfect in 2.08 but in 2.2 I get an error which tells me that
the call is NOT registered even though it comes from a neighbor.

The error is the following:
