Ok, so I see the problem. Calling-Station-Id does not get set when it is available only in Calling-Party-Number (no sourceAddress and other data) and not Setup auth is done with some module that sets Calling-Station-Id (like RadAuth). I'll try to fix it asap by moving Calling-Station-Id determination directly to Setup/ARQ processing routine.
