Here is a port of Planet config:

usr/config$ h323 -print
H.323 stack relate information
 ......
 ......
   Registered e164 : 30
   Registered H323 ID : 30
 .....
 .....

Maybe the problem is because h323id and e164 is the same? Any experience
with it?
I'll try to change h323 id to something different than e164.

Sorry, have not used this phone, but have used Planet gateways and assumed that they were similar. If changing the ID doesn't help, use Ethereal to look at the RRQ packet, and see if the e164 is in there.

This user:

had a different problem, but his Planet did register with
all its (default) e164 numbers.
