as a start run the gatekeeper in debug mode (with -ttt in example) and see 
what is going on. It will show a lot.

You will see what Planet VIP is sending to the gatekeeper, what the called 
endpoint is sending back to the gatekeeper (like SETUP-ACK message) and if 
the Planet VIP is getting it. 

So far, the only interopability problem for Planet VIP I have heard is a 
one-way voice with SMG (Samsung) gateway.
