Your message was seen here at least twice before, but contained so little information that nobody bothered to answer.
First, I'm puzzled that your NetworkInterfaces statement has 80.198.103.163, but trujo.hn.org resolves to 82.198.103.163, and your email headers also contain 82.198.103.163 .
If gnugk is not running on the smoothwall machine, try something like NetworkInterfaces=192.168.1.1/24,82.198.103.163/0 You also need to set smoothwall to forward needed ports to gnugk.
Learn to use tools like Ethereal, and/or debugging features in ohphone and gnugk, to find out what is failing. If you just say "it doesn't work", no one will help you.

I reinstall gnugk in order to undo all the changes and change only this
