 I can  188200 call 601 by 188601, and call 602 by 188602;
 but I cannot 601 call 188200,when 601 call 188200,I can see : 601 call with 188200 completed , but 188200 is still waiting ! 
 It is why?
 And how can I set parent gatekeeper and child inis?
