There is, look again and you will see call generator. Its two applicaitons. Unfortunately the control center needs a license and its not open source, but the call generator is open source and seems to work good, but is using old PWLIB libraries.

But there is no option of make calls after i connected to GK.
is this only available in licensed version..?

	This is great. Only thing I noticed was that for the Control Center, RasSvr sections should be RasSrv instead. Since documentation puts this as the standard way. 
	 
	From Docuemntation:
	Note Some section names in GnuGk 2.0.0 are named [RasSrv::*], while others are named [RasSvr::*]. This inconsistency confused users. In 2.0.1 all sections are corrected to [RasSrv::*].
