Is it VCS? VSC is a SoftSwitchBilling fully Integrated Software Solution. By means of standard protocols like Radius, H323, SIP, etc. manages Gateways (Cisco, Motorola, etc.), IP Phones (WiFi, Standard, etc.) and SoftPhones (NetMeeting, etc.). As VCS work with GWs try to send Setup, not LRQ. Configure VCS as premanentendpoint in gnugk.ini.
