My GK box has 2 interfaces eth0-public and eth1 - internal. And cisco GW in the same LAN nerwork. I can originate calls from my cisco GW to whole world, each of my customers can originate calls from his gw behind NAT (but with public ip - they hasn't gnugk) to whole world and to my cisco GW throgh my gnugk.
