Hello all.... I was just wondering... The gnugk & openh323 project is based on threads Is there a good reason why it could not be task based?? that is a task for each service and using shared memory/semaphores to control the logic??? May be because it should run on windows?? In systems unix I think multi task model is more secure, than threads as if a thread aborts, or has an ill behaveour it can broke all others and the task model has more isolation about it... Just wondering... Sergio... ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by BEA Weblogic Workshop FREE Java Enterprise J2EE developer tools!
