Try to see if some call comes from adsl/nat devices
sometimes this devices have broken nat and so they
silent mix/drop packets... so the connection times out
and the gatekeeper drops it.. this happens
for example when you get several endpoints
behind the nat box...connected at the same time...

Solution??? a gatekeeper inside the nat box and
talking to the parent with a vpn.. this situation
the nat logic sees only one connection..

if you have only one windows machine behind your
nat (a domestic user, for example), you can set up
a pptp connection to the Linux box and register
the windows box in the endpoint of the pptp..
using NO crypto on the pptp channel it works very
fast... and you can, for example use shape
control in the tunnel logic..

On BSD for example I have boxes with hundreds
of pptp tunnels working without problems... as the
allocation of tun devices is fully dynamic.
