Can you repost your question for the 4th time, so more people get annoyed?;-) And now seriously: maybe you need to look at other files from /etc/init.d to see what is different, correct this file and send us back a correct version. I guess some top line describing the service is missing or has a different format (inside gk.initd.redhat).
