This is because of a ?bug? in FreeRADIUS - if the first query
inserts no rows and the second is empty, the radius indicates
success to the gatekeeper and this is not what we want.
Therefore I put an invalid SELECT throwex() statement to generate 
an SQL error, if the first query inserts no rows.
